Invitation to Share Your Music Experiences

Using Music in Creative Expression is the theme for February 2008 for the Society for the Arts in Dementia Care, Australia.
 
You are invited to share interesting and inspiring stories describing how you used music in creative expression (up to 500 words) that you feel others can learn from.
  If you have undertaken some research using music with people with dementia, you are invited to submit essays (up to 1000 words) describing your work.
 
The guest editor for this issue is Dr Ruth Bright, AM. Dr. Bright is a Past President of the Australian National Music Therapy Association and the World Federation of Music Therapy. She is also an Adjunct Lecturer at the ‘Australian’ University of New England's School of Health. In addition, Dr. Bright is an Advisory Board Member of the Society for the Arts in Dementia Care in Canada and Australia.
